Vintage Shopping 101: My Favorite Tri-State Area Thrift Stores

Who doesn’t love a good bargain? I certainly do, and I rarely pay full price, especially when it comes to fueling my fashion addiction. My secret to getting designer pieces without breaking the bank is shopping at thrift and vintage stores. And lucky for me, New Jersey and NYC are both a bargain hunters paradise, with tons of great shops to be discovered. I scored this fabulous vintage Pucci skirt from one of my NJ favorites, Vintage Alley (which you can read more about below), for only $65! Crazy for Cheetah: The Best Animal Print Coats For Fall

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while now, then you certainly know I have quite the love affair with animal prints, particularly with leopard. What I have been missing in my wardrobe was a fabulous cheetah print coat. I already own a little bit of everything from zebra stripes to colorful leopard spots, but no cheetah. So while doing a little online shopping on Revolve (one of my favs), I came across this beyond fabulous House of Harlow cheetah print coat. It was love at first sight. NYFW Day 6: A Touch Of Vintage

I recently found this fabulous golden hued blouse at an antique store in Northwestern New Jersey (one of my favorite places to hunt for goodies!). I paired it with boyfriend jeans (bought a year ago at H&M) and finished the look with strappy nude heels. Rounding out my look is this fantastic Bakari clutch.

NYFW Day 5: Furry Sleeves

I love a great statement top. When I found this eye turning sweatshirt at Zara, I knew I couldn’t say no (and at only $40 it was a no brainer!). I dressed it up with a sleek midi leather skirt (also from Zara and sold out), simple black strappy heels, and a studded Zara clutch (old). A fur sleeved sweatshirt is a fun eye-popping top that is super versatile, and very on trend right now for fall. Shop some of my favorites below:

NYFW Day 3: Leather And Lace

Leather and lace are two of my favorite fabrics and I absolutely love pairing the two together. They really are complete opposites but somehow they mesh so well together. I love the mixture of masculine and feminine. I adore this dress by Hope & Ivy from ASOS, and this leather jacket is one of my favorites from Zara. The moto jacket tones down the lace dress and adds a touch of toughness. Shop my NYFW Day 3 look below:
